Overview: Border 2 is a loud and proud celebration of Indian Soldiers

Storyline: The story revolves around 1971 Indo -Pak War , Border 2’ widens its scope by covering land, air, and sea combat. The story begins at a military academy where Hoshiyar Singh (Varun Dhawan), Nirmaljit Singh (Diljit Dosanjh), and Mahendra Rawat (Ahan Shetty) train under the strict but steady guidance of Fateh Singh (Sunny Deol).
The early portions focus on their training, growing friendship, and frequent emotional ties to their families back home. The tone shifts when Pakistan launches Operation Chengiz, and starts entering Jammu Tawi. Side and attacking people and soldiers ,whole villages are attacked and people forced to leave their home with only hope that one day they will return to their homes ,India is forced into a coordinated response. As the conflict escalates, the three soldiers are deployed across different fronts, each facing danger in their own way

On the other hand Fateh Singh ( Sunny Deol) leads Indian Army Force and fights to his best with the enemy , The climax is Powerful , which forms crux of the film
Technical Review : Anurag Singh who has directed Kesari has directed border 2 , he has very well directed the movie , he has very well blended emotions with courage , he has very well shown the emotions soldiers feel when they receive letters from their home urging them to come home soon , there are moments when one of the soldiers recived letters some of grief and some of good news , but they support each other and respect each other , that’s the human touch .

The first half is all about soldiers training , freiindship and their family back stories that makes first half lively , second half is all about war sequences that are same as any other war movie.
Performances: Sunny Deol fits naturally in the role of senior army officer complet with comand and confidence, but his eyes carries the pain of losing his son who also was army officer during 1964 war .
Diljit Dosanjh brings lightness and warmth along with suttle humour easing the heaviness of the plot

Varun Dhawan has put sincere effort and he shines in his character , his scenes with his haryanvi wife are good .and looks genuine .Ahaan Shetty has short screen time but he is good in his role .The female squad played by Mona Singh , Medha Rana , Sonam Bajwa and Anya Singh adds emotional weight to the story , though their screen time is limited but they have left their mark totally
Final Words : Border 2 is committed to
Stirring Emotions and National Pride . A good this long weekend watch in a theatre near you insync with Republic Day Celebrations
