This journey of finding identity of an unknown person who is abandoned by his sons forms the crux of the movie

Technical Review : Anil Sharma who has given Gadar 2 and Apne , now has given Vanvaas which offers nothing new as per the storyline  .It’s an older version of Baghbaan .but in this movie the sons and daughter in laws are mor malicious

Although Vanvaas aspires to be a deeply emotional film, the dialogues lack impact. They fail to evoke tears or heartache and occasionally veer into unintentional humour.

The pace of the movie is too lengthy testing patience of the audience. Cinematography is outdated , the film looks like its stuck in 1980’s

Performances : Nana Patekar is looking fitter even at the age of 75 , he has proved that age is just a no , with his unbeatable performance , Utkarsh Sharma is good and try hard to match his pace with Nana  , he has given commendable performance.

The film’s saving grace is Rajpal Yadav, who lights up the screen with his impeccable comic timing and witty dialogues, offering a much-needed relief

Final Words : Vanvaas attempts to depict the strained parent-child relationship. Can watch if you like emotional movies

Rating: 2.5*/5*
