Director : Shiv Rawail
Star Cast : Alia Bhatt , Sharvari, Anik Kapoor , Bobby Deol , Hrithik Roshan in Special apperance

Overview : the seventh installment in the YRF Spy Universe and its first-ever female-led spy thriller
Storyline :The story follows Sita (Alia Bhatt), a young woman who was kidnapped as a child and raised by her ruthless stepfather, Colonel Fateh Singh Lakhawat (Bobby Deol). Fateh is an ex-army men who secretly ran “Operation Alpha”—an unsanctioned, underground military program designed to inject young assets with a specialized, performance-enhancing serum to create super-soldiers. When Sita uncovers dark, unforgivable truths about her past and the fate of her biological family, she goes rogue to systematically dismantle the Alpha program. Along the way, she crosses paths with another elite, lethal asset, Durga (Sharvari), and RAW Chief Kaul (Anil Kapoor), who happens to be her father and durga her sister , Sita does not show any emotions as she is raised to be ruthless but feel family connect when she comes to know the dark truth about fateh her so called father and his intentions, she launches into massive lethal battle in order to protect her family , there after there are many twists and turns in the film all this forms the crux of the film
Technical Review :Shiv Rawail successfully moves the Spy Universe away from the flat, heavily green-screened aesthetics seen in Tiger 3 or War 2. Alpha feels sleek, expensive, and beautifully shot across Spain, Kashmir, and Ladakh. The lighting, color grading, and gritty electronic score by Sanchit and Ankit Balhara give the movie a highly polished, premium action-thriller vibe
The first half of the movie is fast paced and intriguing, will keep audience engaged in the plot but the second half becomes predictiable when emotional drama comes in , the film constantly swings between being a spy thriller and an overly emotional family drama (complete with childhood trauma and heavy dialoguebaazi). When the action stops, the pacing slows to a crawl
Despite attempting a fresh angle with two female leads, the script falls back on predictable tropes,
Hrithik Roshan’s appearance as Kabir ius the most exciting moment in the movie ,he drops in with immense swagger, delivers smooth action, and leaves without overshadowing the female leads.
The main thing that works for the film is
Alia Bhatt for handling the intense physicality of the role. She is agile, convincing in hand-to-hand combat, and does the heavy lifting for the film.
Performances: Alia Bhatt carries the film as Sita, a lethal super-soldier., she handles the complex stunt choreography flawlessly.

She had worked hard for the character that shows on big screen
Sharvari matches Alia step-for-step, action sequences , bringing an energetic, fluid physical presence that stands out in their shared action set-pieces.
Bobby Deol brings a sculpted physique and an intense, raging stare to the table, but the writing fails him. His character lacks the psychological depth required for a compelling villain,
Anil Kapoor is largely wasted, acting as the stereotypical authority f
igure who arrives too late to the conflict.
Final Words :Alpha is a visually stunning movie to watch one time though the scriot , dialogue etc lacks soul but can be watched once in theatre
