Review of Movie Dil Madharaasi- An Action Drama With Weird Storyline

Storyline: The story of the movie is divided into 2parts that run parallel to each other. The story revolves around Raghu ( Sivakarthikeyan) who suffers from disillusione syndrome that is a sort of mental disorder , the reason behind his condition is at the young age he lost his entire family in an bus accident, after which he panics at any incident that involves general public getting hurt , he takes it upon himself to help them , Raghu meets Malathi ( Rukmini Vasanth) , and falls in love with her , after meeting her he gets better and starts living normally , but faith has other things , twist occurs when Malathi decides to leave him for weird reason, Raghu’s life turns upside down andhe decides to end his life , However, on the way to his suicide attempt, he bumps into Biju Menon, an officer in NIA, who has been massively hurt during an operation! Since Biju does not want to lose any more men from his team, he hires Raghu for a task, because Raghu wants to die!

Raghu a civilian and mental patient is leading an important mission for NIA , The second plot begins here , Tamil Nadu is facing a threat from the Syndicate of top rich people headed by Vidyut Jamwal that wants to destroy youth of T.N by promoting gun culture by providing them free guns and promoting violence .Raghu and NIA Team takes this responsibility to stop them from doing this .From theron long action sequences happens and there is face off between Vidyut and Sivakarthikeyan that forms the crux of the film.

Technical Review : The director Murgadoss who has given us Ghazini dissaponts this time with bizarre storyline and even more bizarre plot and out of place songs , the first half is still good but second half is too long and looses the crux of the plot .The movie has a message that helping other people in difficult time makes him not mental but with a heart of gold

Performances: Sivakarthikeyan tried very hard to carry the movie on his shoulder , he has succeeded to some extent but Vidyut Jamwal shines as Villian .
Rukmini is good

Final Words : It’s too lengthy and bizarre to watch
