Technical Review : Director Laxman Uterkar who had given us some simple films like mimi and Zara hatke zara bachke , but this time he has given us this historic master piece which is shot at a very grand scale , the aerial shots of battlefield are captured beautifully, The Action Choreography is so good that it will bind the audience glued to the seat .The grandeur of maratha kingdom is shown at a grand scale .The second half has more war sequences and the climax is brutal and heavy on the heart. Dailogues are too good to be missed
Performances : Vicky Kaushal Roars Through the movie , he has totally absorbed himself in the character.Vicky Kaushal shines in the titular role, embodying Sambhaji’s bravery, vulnerability, and emotional depth to its core.

Akshay Khanna As Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb has totally done justice to his role , his presence and his looks are menacing.
Vineet Kumar Singh delivers a nuanced performance as Kavi Kalash, while Ashutosh Rana as Hambirrao Mohite, Sambhaji’s maternal uncle and military commander, deserves special mention for his spectacular presence. Divya Dutta as Soyrabai is authoritative, though the character could have been explored further. Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai, Sambhaji’s wife, is a perfect queen of the kingdom who always stand by her husband.
