The success press conference of Maharaj was held today at Mumbai’s YRF studios in the presence of its lead star cast – Junaid Khan, Sharvari, Shalini Pandey and Jaideep Ahlawat – along with director Siddharth P Malhotra.

Siddharth P Malhotra, at the press conference, opened up that Jaideep’s entry shot was the last scene shot by the makers. By then, the actor had moved on to another project. Yet, when he was asked to report to the sets of Maharaj for the said scene, he asked for three months to get back in shape. The audience at the press conference applauded on learning that Jaideep worked so hard just for one scene, even though director Siddharth P Malhotra had suggested showing his ripped body through VFX.
