The trailer for Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya was unveiled on Thursday. The film, helmed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, is being tagged as a ‘family entertainer’ and is scheduled to hit theatres during Valentine’s week on February 9. It also stars veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia.
At the launch event both Shahid & Kriti Sanon looked stunning in black ensemble.
Speaking to media ,Shahid shed light on the unconventional subject of the film, stating that it addresses the ongoing debate about ‘technology vs. humans’ in an entertaining manner.
Shahid stated that the audience likes to watch things that they cannot experience in their lives. He added that when this film came to him, he thought that maybe he could not have such an experience today, but it is possible in the next 5 to 7 years.
The actor said this film gave him a break from the intense movies that he did in the recent past.
“It had been long since I’d done a film like that, I was doing slightly intense roles. What we brought to the genre was Kriti, because we haven’t done a movie together,” he said
Kriti Sanon , said she was keen to do a love story and is grateful to Dinesh Vijan for offering her “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.”
“It’s my seventh film with Maddock and what’s amazing is that every time I work with Maddock, there’s something different, which is pushing the envelope and is exciting. I’ve been dying to do a love story. We (Shahid and I) were supposed to work about eight years ago and it didn’t happen and I think there’s a right time for every time, and this film does full justice. It’s a quirky film, it’s a funny film, this robot is extremely funny, at the heart of it, it’s a love story,” she said.
The trailer offers a glimpse into the roller-coaster ride of emotions, laughter, and an impossible love, seamlessly blending in essences of humor, romance, and relatable family moments, making it a must-watch for audiences of all ages.
