Review Of Movie Farrey – A Gripping Tale With New Debutants That Shine In Their Role

Overview : Farrey showcases different take of high school drama which is not shown before in any high school drama that are usually full of romance but farrey is an unusual story.

Storyline : The Story is set in old Delhi wherein Niyati (Alizeh Agnihotri) who stays in an orphanage but she is genius in her studies  and topper in her school and Akash ( Sahil Mehta) who also belongs to humble background but being school toppers both of them get admission in elite school under scholarship programme.

Niyati meets Chavvi ( Prassana Bisht) and Prateek ( Zyen Shah) both belong to uber rich and elite class .Niyati once saves chhavi in the classroom assignment  out of good deed. But what starts as a friendly gesture leads to chhavi and prateek offering money to niyati in exchange for cheating during the exams .Each time the plan is cleverer than the previous one .The most challenging one is the final exams wherein all students were suppose to give exams from different center , how does niyati plan for this and she akao involves akash , forms the crux of the film.

Technical Review ;Director Soumendra Padhi has given a story that is quiet new which has not been shown before , the story is the strength of the film and the screenplay is gripping till the end .Espcially the second half is very thrilling and gripping. The background score is also good , The film has some flaws and loose ends   like negligence on part of high school when they don’t come to know that a topper is missing from high school and  she then secretly  appears for final exams that too  from abroad a day without knowledge of the school that also before the finals in India all this was a part of cheating game plan .The director who also is writer of the story brings across the message that never take education for granted and choose your friends wisely .

Performances : Alizeh who is niece ofvSalman Khan debuts as Niyati , she is brilliant in her performance and has played her part with full confidence , she gets a majority of the screen Another surprise is Prassana Bisht who is equally brilliant in her role as chhavi .Sahil Mehta and Zyen Shaw are also good.

Final Words : Its a very gripping story which will be a good weekend watch
