Direction & Technical Review : Nandita Das Shibo Prsad Mukherjee have very well directed the movie ..They have highlighted the issue of working parents busy schedule which leads to negligence in upbringing of the children , In these tough times to meet ends how children are placed at day care centers and the child does not get any love affection and attention of parents at all all this is shown in a suttle manner by the director. How earning money has become top priority and nothing else matters.

Performances : Paresh Rawal is brilliant in his role ,Shiv Pandit is also good but trying very hard to portray himself perfectly , mimi is too good so is neena kulkarni , both lawyers have given powerful performances played by manoj joshi & Amruta Subhash.. The cinematography by Sanu John Varughese is commendable, with each frame capturing the essence of the story
Child artist Kabir is too adorable to be missed.
