Overview : A murder mystery set at the time of pandemic , when it was totally in form.
Storyline : The story is set in Nagpur city during pandemic lockdown , amidst this a big business man Dayanand Pandey ( Rajesh Sharma) is murdered and his body was thrown in the lake along with other corona patients body , only to be discovered by a local person , that person informs about this to police , the case comes in hand of lady sub inspector Preksha Sharma ( Rucha Inamdaar ) , she begins her investigation and irrespective of corona at its peak she braves it and reaches to interrogate suspects in hotspots , On her list of suspects is a girl With same name as inspector herself Preksha Meshram ( Nisha Dhar) who is employee of the Dayanand Pandey and who is missing since the murder , Preksha Meshram belongs to low class and aspire to become a rapper along with her friend Sandeep ( Kaam Bari) , The other suspect on her list is the Brother in law Guddu ( Santosh Juvekar) as he is the only person who benefits from murder of his jijaji in terms of business and finance ..As the investigation goes further there are many twist and turns but amidst , Preksha is suspended due to her not so cordial with senior inspector played Jaya Bhattacharya , and her impulsive behavior which leads to mistakes , Preksha is upset with her suspension and she removes her frustration on her father Anupam.Sharma played by Raghubir Yadav who is also an ex-policeman tells her to act and think smartly rather than impulsive ..From there on the case takes new twists and turns which reveals a totally different motive of death of dayanand pandey is revealed which forms the crux of the movie.
Technical Review : Though the writer and director team of brother and sister the moitras have closely experienced corana situation but the story depicated is different , they have used carona as a backdrop but they have created a thriller around it but they have totally not succeeded in doing so ..The screenplay lacks any thrill like a murder mystery should do ..The director has treid to mix up too many social issues together that has created a blunder .
Performances : Rucha Inamdar as Inspector has done a decent job though not enough .Raghubir Yadav is a talented actor and is good as per his character.
Others are average as per their role.
Final Words : Minus 31 the title one will think it to be some good thriller but herein minus is a local slang and 31 is nagpur” rto code. Can watch once
