Star Cast: Yami Gautam, Addinath Kothare, Anurag Thakur, and a great ensemble!
Director: Balaji Mohan

Overview:Nayyi Navelli is a genre-blending fantasy/horror-comedy that attempts to mix a domestic jont-family setup with elements of folklore, witchcraft (daayan), and ancient mythology tied to the Ramayana.
Storyline:The story is set in Meerut. The chaotic Awasthi family gets a picture-perfect bride ,Mohini. (Yami Gautam) .Mohini is Raja Awasthi :s,colleague at a high level position , she falls in love with Raja due to his clean image .She herself takes her own proposal as her parents are not there .Raja’s parents and relatives are very much impressed by Mohini and Raja and Mohini get Married .She ideally managed the house, fixes relationships, and turns their messy life into paradise. Everything is perfect, until her over the top suspicious brother-in-law Bantu ( Anurag Thakur) says, “Bhabhi daayan hai!” He is convinced that his ideal sister-in-law is actually a dayan due to many super natural activities involving her.
The plot takes a massive turn when it is revealed that Mohini’s supernatural identity is tied to a larger, epic scale battle against an ancient folklore of Ravaan And Ram battle to rescue Sita but here in this movie Ravaan and Ram battle is associated with a mystical stone that represents Raavaan traits of evil , in kalyug .What follows is a mix of family drama, humour, fantasy and action that forms the crux of the film

Technical Review:The initial setup and family banter inside the Meerut kothi offer an engaging, colorful, and unique small-town flavor
the film shifts gears abruptly in the second half. It pivots away from its lighthearted domestic mystery to heavy-handed mythology and folklore inspired by the Ramayana. The screenplay is loud , the concept is good but the execution is not upto the mark .There are many repititions , Vfx are good , background music is too loud .Overall the script is weak .

Performances: Yami anchors the film well with her composed, nonchalant attitude, handling both the domestic comedy and the action beats with confidence. She moves smoothly between comedy, emotion and action, even killing monsters in a saree in one poster
Anurag Thakur (as the paranoid brother-in-law Bantu) and veteran supporting actors like Sunita Rajwar and Mita Vashisht provide solid laughs, particularly in the film’s lighter first half.
Final Words :It’s Mystical Fantasy Movie in sync with festival season going on
