Filmmaker Karan Johar, social activist Amruta Fadnavis, veteran actress Shabana Azmi, and Poonam Sinha inaugurated the 39th edition of the IMC Ladies’ Wing Women Entrepreneurs’ Exhibition

The 39th annual exhibition coincided with the Diamond Jubilee (60th year) of the IMC Ladies’ Wing. ​Theme: The theme for the edition was “Bees and the Hive,” highlighting collective action, sustainability, and supporting a collaborative business ecosystem for women. ​

Over 300 women entrepreneurs from across India showcased products spanning designer wear, fine and silver jewelry, home decor, lifestyle offerings, and sustainable craft projects.

The event featured a partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) to highlight emerging young designers, along with a newly introduced beauty and wellness zone. ​Social Impact: Dedicated stalls were provided for NGOs and rural artisan communities to encourage purpose-driven entrepreneurship. ​

The two-day exhibition serves as one of Mumbai’s premier platforms connecting established fashion, lifestyle, and business figures with emerging women-led micro-enterprises and independent creators.
