Storyline : This is a sequel to 2019 is de de pyaar de , in the prequel we saw that Ashish ( Ajay Devgan) who is a divorcee and again in love with a much young girl Ayesha( Rakul Preet Singh) ,In the prequel Ashish introduced Ayesha to his ex wife and children , Now in this sequel Ayesha lands from London to Chandigarh ar her parents home , She wants to intoduce Ashish to her parents Rakesh ( R.Madhvan ) and Anju ( Gautami Kapoor) .Ayesha is if the opinion that her parents are quiet Progressive and Modern When Ayesha introduces Ashish to her parents , they are devasted .as Ashish is 51 years old . At the face of it Ayesha’s father shows that he is progressive and announces too but inside he is an Typical Indian Father who is over protective of his daughter .Rakesh and Anju try their best to stop Ayesha from marrying Ashish , following that there are many twists and turns and Rakesh uses all tactics to make Ashish feel uninvited and out of league of their family , all this forms the crux of the film
Technical Review : Anshul Sharma and Luv Ranjan has given a lively script , the screenplay of the movie is good , There is lots of drama but the movie doesn’t go overboard with sentiments , the function part is introduction of Ronak ( Meezan Jaffery) after interval who adds .fu nnquotient to the plot .Even the sequence where there is dance scene between Javed Jafri and Meezan Jafri that cannot be missed . Humour is not forced but is natural to the sequences
Performances; Rakul Preet Singh shines in her character, a strong girl with determined choice .R
Madhvan is too good as Father , keeping his poise intact in one side and vulnerability of love for his daughter
Ajay Devgan is in sync with the character, he is simply playing his age , Javed and Meezan are good as per their character
Final Words : The movie is entertaining and light which you can enjoy this weekend
