Storyline :The story of housefull 5 revolves around a man named Ranjit ,who throws a big party aboard a cruise for his 100th birthday but fate takes a turn and he dies before that .After his death Ranjit through a hologram will tells his step son Dev( Fardeen Khan) that his property worth 69 million pounds should go to his legal heir named Jolly .From thereon the story takes a turn when instead of 1 Jolly , 3 persons show up (Akshay Kumar Kumar , Abhishek Bachchan, Reteish Deshmukh) claiming to be Legal heir of Ranjit , they come along with their respective wives played by ( Nargis Fakri, Sonam Bajwa & Jacqueline Fernandes) .On the other hand Ranjit did not die a natural death but he was murdered . Everyone around Ranjit and all 3 jollies are suspect of murder.From thereon the story takes lots of twist and turns and the suspense is mainted till the climax of the movie .The humour and whodunit murder forms the crux of the film.

Technical Review : Director Tarun Had very intelligently handled star cast of 17 lead actors , the first half of the movie is full of humour and suspense that grips the audience and engage them totally, There is glimpse of past films iconic moments. Also in the current movie Some Adult comedy scenes is presented in a suttle way .The writing in first half is crisp and engaging .But second half loses its grip and screenplay loses its momentum , but climax is full of suspense , the makers have made movie with 2 climax , houseful 5A and Houseful 5B , This review is based on Houseful 5A.

Performances : The film has total 17 star cast .The versatile actors like Sanjay Duttand Jackie Shroff have made a big impact with performance, Akshay Kumar is strong as ever , Reteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan impress audience with their comic timing .All 3 heroines Nargis Fakhri, Jacqueline and Sonam look glamorous as ever , they do have comic scenes in first half but second half it is reduced.The supporting cast consisting of Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Chitrangada Singh, Chunky Pandey and Nikitin Dheer, have not been tried at all. Shreyas Talpade seems to be completely missing.Nana Patekar has a small cameo but very effective .Johny lever is good .Soundarya Sharma good for adult comedy scenes.
