Overview : Horror , Comedy , Romance all in one makes for a dull watch.

Storyline :The story revolves around a Virgin Tree in Delhi College of Arts and Culture , evert year on Valentine Day the tree is worshipped by students of the college who are thriving for true love but few weeks later on holiday davao day , every year a student also commits suicide , and it’s soul is taken away by spirit residing there , on one such Valentine day our hero who is also college student Shantanu ,(Sunny Singh) who is betrayed by his girlfreind , he hauls in front of the virgin tree to give him back his true love , listening to his haul , the spirit residing in that virgin tree called Mohabbat ( Mouni Roy) , who herself was betrayed by her lover also craves for true love , she saves Shantanu and gradually falls in love with him , but Shantanu has fallen in love with Ananya ( Palak Tiwari) , seeing this Mohabbat gets very angry and tries to hurt Ananya , the college management in order yo save their reputation calls Baba ( Sanjay Dutt) an ex student and Expert I’m paranormal activities , from thereon begins complex blend of horror , romance drama etc that forms the Crux of the movie , and there is twist in the climax for baba

Technical Review : Director Siddant Sachdeva has used a lots of vfx and overpowering background score .The script if used and written properly could have done wonders but it has failed at many angles , in the college students are seeing only romancing , there are mo classrooms shown which is weird , baba is using all hi tech Gagdets to grab the bhootnii which In itself is bizarre.

Performances : Mouni Roy is good as the bhootnii , and Sanjay Dutt ad Baba , but rest are average
