Storyline : On April 1st , Dr & Surgeon Abhimanyu Sood ( Sohum Shah) is carrying bag of Rs 5 crores in his car to give to parents of his dead patient as an out of court settlement , who died due to his and hospital negligence .On his way to the hospital he gets Manu random calls , one was from an unknown no , who informs him that he has kidnapped his daughter Vedica. the kidnapper demands exact Rs 5 crores , He is now stuck in a tough situation, If he doesn’t give money to the parents of dead patient his career is at stake on the other hand if he doesn’t pay to the kidnapper his daughter’s life is at stake , Already his reputation in his daughter’s eyes is bad as he had abandoned his daughter and divorced his wife when he comes to know that vedica is born with down syndrome , He was ashamed of his daughter .There are many doubts in his mind if the kidnaping g of his daughter is a prank or so but when he sees his daughter on video call he becomes sure that his daughter is really kidnapped, after that during his journey comes many twist and turns comes one is his career ,second his daughter’s kidnapping and a emergency Surgery case which he has to manicures on video call , cmg out of these tough situation forms the crux of the movie
Technical Review : Technically the movie is brilliant , Director Girish Kohli Is director par excellence to carry off the script so brilliantly making it fast paced and totally gripping screenplay with just one character , Also there is new concept of other actors who are only audible on phone with their photos on the phone ,but no physical appearance. There is one particular Scene when the protagonist is changing punctured tyre’s and at the same time assisting critical surgery via video call , it’s brilliantly shot .The music in background is a combination of old and new songs , and the songs are situational based .
Performances: Its a one man show ,sohum Shah is brilliant and keeps the audience in awe , he has carried the entire movie on his shoulders .
Final Words : Its a must and must watch this weekend , story is brilliant and gripping which should be watched in theatres to enjoy its brilliance
