On Thursday, November 21st, Prime Video unveiled the much-anticipated trailer for its upcoming film Agni at a star-studded event. The trailer launch was attended by the film’s talented cast, along with other prominent celebrities. The movie stars Pratik Gandhi and Divyendu Sharma in the lead roles, supported by an ensemble cast including Sayami Kher, Sai Tamhankar, Jitendra Joshi, Udit Arora, and Kabir Shah.
The event also saw the presence of film producer Farhan Akhtar, who co-produced Agni with Ritesh Sidhwani. and during his speech, Farhan emphasized that Agni is more than just an action-packed thriller. “The most important thing about Agni is that it isn’t just an action movie,” he said. “The real heartbeat of the film is its drama. While the story revolves around courage, bravery, and sacrifice, it also dives deep into the emotional lives of the firefighters and their families. Every time they answer the call to save lives, they display not just physical bravery, but emotional resilience as well.”
Directed and written by Rahul Dholakia, Agni brings to the forefront a powerful narrative about firefighters. The film celebrates their courage and honor, while also shedding light on the personal emotional struggles they face. Dholakia shared his thoughts at the launch event, saying, “Firefighters are true heroes. They don’t just battle flames—they save lives, confront disasters, and face extreme challenges with selfless dedication. Their bravery often puts them in life-threatening situations.
