Overview : A comedy Love Story With A Twist And Turns
Storyline : Monika Duggal (Shweta Tiwari) is a divorcee and single parent , living in posh area of south Mumbai , To make her ends meet and overcome her financial problems , she entertains 2 married gentleman, 1) Percy Karkaria (Suresh Menon) an estate agent and other Bobby Dhillon ( Nasir Walker )is the owner of poultry farm . She Entertains these both gentlemen on different days of the wee, Percy on Mon ,Wed , Friday and Bobby On Tuesday. Thursday and Saturday .Both are unaware of each other’s existence .The plot takes a turn when Monika’s Friend Aiasha , whose marriage is in trouble arrives at her flat , after a nasty fight with her drunkard husband Kedar ( Jayesh Thakker )On the other hand Monika’s Lover Percy is confide in Monika’s bed with a sprained ankle , Percy’s wife Delnaz ( Kiiswar Merchant )also reaches Monika’s place in search of her husband . amidst all this there is entry of Gullu ( Siddarth Sagar ) who is a plumber and he is witness to all this mess. , on top of all this even Monika’s second lover also turns up unexpectedly , this all leads to rich complexity of mistaken identities . There are many hilarious moments that forms the crux of the play .
Technical Review : The Director Has given a message that Gone are the days when love used to be blind , today’s modern love needs financial stability and good standing in life .
Performances : Shweta Tiwari is too good , She has played her role with total confidence and witty too at the same time , surprise package is Gullu the plumber who is too good to be missed . Others are fine as per their role .
Final Words : Ek Main Aur Ek Tu is a fast and funny comic play that is enjoyable with entire family
