Overview : A journey of family that goes through supernatural events .
Storyline : Story revolves around Kabir ( Ajay Devgan) who along with his family goes on a little vacation on their farm house in a remote area. On enroute to their farmhouse at a dhaba they meet Vanraj ( R.Madhavan) , somewhat Kabir & Vanraj seem to be good with each other but Kabir’s Wife has doubts about him , Thereafter Vanraj Follows them on to the farmhouse and on the pretext of charging his phone he enters their farmhouse. Vanraj’s intentions were not good , he kind of puts some spell on Janhvi daughter of Kabir & Jyoti. Janhvi somehow became Vanraj’s puppet , Vanraj makes her do weird things like dancing non stop , eating raw tea leaves
Janvi behaves strangely and starts listening to whatever Vanraj commands her to do. Vanraj had done some sort of black magic on her
She becomes violent as commanded by Vanraj and hurts her brother badly .Kabir and Jyoti tries their level best to stop janvi but she is just doing as per Vanraj’s command. Why Vanraj is doing this and how Kabir protects his family forms the crux of the movie .
Technical Review : Director Vikash Behl direction is good but the story and script is too weak .The genre of supernatural thriller could have been done remarkably well if tge script would have been good .The story does is not relatable , they could have given some layers to Vanraj’s character , the soul of the movie is missing , though cinematography is brilliant , the location is mesmerizing .
Performances .R.Madhvan has put a lot of effort to make its character stand out .Ajay Devgan is still under the spell of his Drishyam Character of protection his family .Janki Bodiwala as Janhvi is brilliant , she has given outstanding performance.Jyotica has nothing much to do .
Final Words : Though Movie Has Been Adapted From A Gujarati Movie , but this genre is not explored in a proper way thats why its become a mess
