Overview : Ab Toh Sab Bhagwan Bharose is a parable about social harmony seen through the eyes of a curious young boy.

Storyline : The story is set in 1989 in a small village in Bhola (Satendra Soni) lives in a village in north India. His father is away in the city on work; his mother (Masumeh Makhija) and grandfather (Vinay Pathak) indulge his passion for kite-flying.

Together with his friend Shambhu (Sparsh Suman), Bhola spends more time outside the classroom than in it. He and his freind sometime do attend open air school run by the preist of the village , where he teaches the kids on religious line like the eclipse occurs due to rahu and ketu and people from next village are called asur , the kids believe in these stories that whatever happens good or bad is all connected to religious beliefs , The change occurs when Bhola’s father comes to village for few days and brings with him B/w Tv that the whole village is awed about , bhola99 and his friends watch tv when electricity line comes which does occasionally come , bhola’s father sends him to proper school on the outskirts of the village , On the occasion that Bhola does go to school, he is shocked to learn about what actually causes an eclipse and he and his friend gets confused between religion and science, he learns that religion has nothing to do with science , further on bhola and shambu meets an aesthetic who is banned by village tells them that there is nothing like asur , asur is inside us only .both children are confused , on top of that in the village fair socio religious group focuses on building more hindu temples to protect them from other religions , bhola is totally confused and he and his friend decide to visit the next door village across the river ,leading to a tragedy that forms the crux of the film.
Technical Review : Director Shiladitya Bora has presented a very sensitive issue using children as protagonist .He has dealt with this unending issue of religious fights between hindu and muslim ,in a very suttle way .how innocent children are put through this trauma of caste , creed and religion.
Leaving the last 15 mins of climax that reveals such differences , in first half the director has shown life in the village in .1989 , in a very entertaining way , the cinematography is too good to be missed.

Performances : Satinder Soni has performed so well that u will fall in love with the little boy with his crooked mouth appearance.and his innocence. Mousameh Makhija as Bhola’s mother is a delight to watch in the movie , her presence lighten up the screen .Others are ok as per their role
Final Words : Its a fresh and innocent movie twith children being the main protagonist .
Ratings : 3.5*/5*
