Overview : A powerful social drama with sprinkle of entertainment..

Storyline : The Story is Set in the town of Mahakal , Wherein Kanti Sharan Mudgal is a sincere Shiv Bhakt and runs a prasad shop in temple premises , his life is running smoothly but fate has other plans , he gets the news that his teenager son is admitted to hospital , when he reaches hospital the Dr tells him that his son Vivek , had taken an overdose of viagra (which we all know what it is about) , he is totally taken aback, before he could do anything he can do about it a video goes viral of  Vivek masturbating in the schools washroom. The school management radticates vivek  from school , and he and his family is asked to leave town tilll everthing gets mellowed down .Kanti is disturbed and he prays ti his almighty shuvji , hearing his bhakts plea Shivji sends his messenger Akshay Kumar to help him , he gains confidence in him and tells that there is nothing wrong with his son but the school should incorporate sex education , infact he should sue the school for his sons mental harrasment so much so that he is pushed to commit suicide , Kanti is prepared and he sues the school for demfaming and lack of sex education..Enters Kamini ( Yami Gautam) as defence lawyer , from thereon court room drama begins between Kanti and Kamini , with interesting hearings and entertainment that forms the crux of the movie.

Technical Review : Director Amit Rai has very well directed the movie focusing on the main social cause of sex education , portraying it in a brilliant way ..with examples from our ancient hindu sanatan dharm .Its not easy to direct such a story whose topic is still considered taboo in India but he has easily blended the same cause with entertainment that will reach the masses .Though he should have highlighted the boy who had bullied Vivek but he has not brought that on screen.The cinematography is good though background score could have been better.

Performances : Pankaj Tripathi as Kanti Bhai is brilliant and he has proved that he can carry the whole movie on his shoulders proving his acting prowess.

Yami Gautam is good enough and she has brilliantly portrayed her character of defence lawyer giving tough situations to kanti .

Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva is dashiing to look at , he is shining in his character .A special mention to pavan malhotra who is playing character of the judge is too good to miss.

Others are ok as per  their role.

Final Words : Omg 2 is not similar to Omg 1 , story is fresh and very crucial in today’s modern India , these issues of teenagers have to be considered and sex education is very important .A must watch for families. Its an out and out entertaining movie and not preachy at all.
