Trailer Launch Of Farzi : Shahid Kapur Impresses the Audience With His Entry On A Bike

On Friday, January 13, Amazon Prime Video dropped the much-awaited trailer of its upcoming web series, Farzi. Besides being directed by Raj & DK, the audience was eagerly waiting for it because it will also mark the OTT debut of Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and South sensation Vijay Sethupathi.

At the trailer launch event of the series, the makers and actors talked about various aspects of the making of it. During one such discussion, Shahid was asked to share his opinion on preparing for short-format and long-format characters

Shahid Kapoor remarked about his first time working with Vijay Sethupathi, “This is My first time with Vijay sir. I referred to him as Makkal Selvan the first time we released the teaser. I am going to call him Makkal Selvan because he just has the personality, it suits him. It is such a beautiful term. It’s a privilege to work with him. We don’t have too many scenes together, our tracks run parallel and sometimes we cross track. I find his mind so interesting. He’s truly an actor at heart. I wish to do much more work with him, and I wish to learn from him. He’s such a phenomenal artist, it’s a privilege to have him on the show.”
