Main Review :Fresh off his appearance in “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” Dr. Stephen trange (Benedict Cumberbatch) has reached a pinnacle in his mystical powers. In the first 20 minutes or so of Multiverse not only does he bisect a bus hurled at him by an enormous octopus-like demon (it’s another day in New York City), but he ties a Windsor knot with no hands Practical magic, indeed.America Sanchez (Xochitl Gomez), a mysterious girl who showed up in dr strange “dreams” the night before, is being chased through the metropolis by the tentacled beast. It turns out she’s an unwitting multiverse surfer of sorts; she can create portals to traverse probabilities, but she hasn’t developed the ability to control this power.Naturally, a evil entity would like to possess this skill. Enter the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), a high-level practitioner of chaos magic, an Avenger who broke bad and, more to the point, a psychotically grieving mother who lost her children in this reality and will enact all manner of bloodshed to restore her family in the multiverse.Throwing the multiverse into the pot only enhances its trippy visions, as in the moment Strange and America plummet into one of the latter’s vortices through countless spit-second universal permutations—from jungle to ocean to bustling cityscape to an animated reality to one in which the characters are made of paint. Dr strange has to protect America from the witch and also protect the world , dr strange has to reach the book of vishanti through dream walking in order to stopb the witch this forms the crux of the film..
Technical Review : Sam Raimi , the cult director’s first in nine years. He infuses the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the grisly style…The vfx and special effects are beautifully designed , the pace of the movie is fast and full of action sequences multiverse style ..The background score is excellent very much in sync with the sequences ..The set design is fresh and Marvel level good. Especially Kamar Taaj, which was until now the most peaceful place is now a fortress and it turns into one visuallyOlse is fabulous
..Performances :Benedict Cumberbatch has very well performed as Dr Strange , he carries the full movie on his shoulders , looking dapper, Wanda the witch played by Elizabeth Olsen has to be the most expressive actor . The actor is so good when she has to be emotional and hold the devil attitude in the same scene. Xochitl Gomez as America is raw and she is totally confident in her role.
Final Words : Dr strange Madness in Multiuniverse is entirely different and entertaining. A must weekend watch in theatres only to witness it grandeur in full.
