Overview :Sony’s Morbius is ostensibly a Spider-Man spin-off, but in many ways the Marvel movie has more in common with DC’s solemn The Batman
Storyline: The story revolves around Dr Micheal Morbius (Jared Leto ) , and His Freind Milo (Matt Smith ), Both are suffering from a condition since childhood due to some dna error in their bodies , Micheal is a genius since childhood and he is working and researching on cure for his and his freinds condition..Aftet years of research he succeeds in achieving a cure, but for testing on humans , he chooses himself for experiment along with help of Dr Martinez (Adrie Arjona) , though after conducting test on himself he is cured of his condition but there is price to pay with his life ,Morbius turns into eventually a man-made vampire,who has to survive on artificial blood from the lab while wrestling to protect people whom he loves, but his freind isnt that evolved..He embraces the serum and its demonic powers and creates a scene of terror in the city , by being a human blood drinking vampire.Will Dr Morbuis be able to stop him is for the audience to watch.
Technical Review : The Director Daniel has given us a thriller that is not over the edge , not much of blood shed etc but the action sequence are shown in a subtle way leaving as much impact as a full fledged thriller would .
Performances : Jared Leto has easily blend himself into the character of Dr Morbius ,with constantly brooding looks and deep set eyes that change colour , the special effects are amazing on him
Matt Smith as Milo has done a wonderful job as a blood sucking dracula , Adria Arizona is good ,with limited screen time.
Final Words :Though its not an action adventure extravaganza but its got its charm of thrills and chills , Do watch ot for minus the logic
