Overview : A thriller set in Goa full of adventure and revenge with a vengeance.

Storyline: The story is set in Goa…Advait (Aditya Roy Kapur) a bagpack tripper reaches Goa , on the other hand Sara (Disha Patni) also comes to Goa to rediscover herself and overcome her fears which she had made them in knotty bracelet…Both Advait and Sara meet at a party and from thereon they click …They indulge in whole lot of adventures ranging from consuming drugs , party till wee hours , Sky diving , and water sports etc..But destiny takes a sharp turn and their paths cross with shady police officer Micheal (Kunal Khemmu ) and his team …This turns a simple person Advait onto a murdering spree , leading a other shady police officer Agashye (Anil Kapoor) to catch him..Both Micheals and Agashye’s cross their path to catch hold of the murderer who is on the killing spree of police inspector..What made simple advair turn into a murderer of police officers is for the audience to watch…

Script Analysis &Director Review : The script is fast paced .It is a thriller with a surprise element in the climax..Ditector Mohit Suri has once again given us a thriller which is his forte …He has very well directed the movie wherein in first half je has designed the execution of revenge whereas in second half he has designed the purpose of such vengeance…He keeps the audience wondering what leads the protagonist to such measures…Mohit also shown reality of drugs scene and crime in Goa and where it leads to.

Performances: Aditya Roy Kapur has played both characters of a lover boy and hard core killer to his best …He has done a fantastic job…Disha Patni looks beautiful and innocent in whole movie..Anil Kapoor shows that he is an evergreen actor …Kunal Kemmu, the lost gem of Bollywood, He gradually peels off the layers of his character, while exhibiting the depth he has got in his acting. Elli Avrram gets a character that is beautifully designed for her. Apart from her hippie looks, she understands the depths of her character and never outdoes it.

Final Words : Malang is a fast paced thriller that keeps you on the edge and attentive and intrigued ..Good weekend watch.
