Overview: Pati Patni Aur Woh is reboot of 1978 Classic Pati Patni Aur Woh
Storyline:The Story is set in small town of kanpur …wherein Chintu Abhinav Tyagi ( Kartik Aryan) who belongs to middle class family and thereby follows norms of taking education , getting job as per parents choice..Further he gets married as per parents choice..He gets married to Vedica (Bhumi Pednekar) who is a school teacher..Their lifes goes on smoothly except that vedica wants to shift to Delhi to experience life to full extent but Chintu does not want to leave his hometown though they have arguments regarding this but their love is intact…After 3 years of marriage , A Girl From Delhi Tapasya Singh(Ananya Pandey)..comes to Chintu Tyagi’s office for Govt Approved Plots to purchase to set up a workshop ..Chintu gets attracted to her and he starts liking her company . He won’t cheat on his wife, but Chintu finds the idea of spending a lot of ‘fun time’ with the gorgeous Tapasya too tempting to resist.

He starts lying to Vedika, in order to spend more and more time with Tapasya, and the situation only gets more complicated for Chintu. Chintu’s Best Freind (Aparshakti Khurana )tries his best to save him and his marriage …What happens further is for the audience to watch.

Script Analysis &Director Review : The script is the adaptation of Sanjeev Kumars Classic Pati Patni Aur Woh which was released in 1978 now 41 years aheadhis remake picks the plot’s extramarital core from the megapolis and puts it right in the centre of smalltown India, which is learning to openly discuss sex, fidelity, virginity and marriage marriage. The director Mudassir has very well directed the movie making it light and entertaining at the same time .The screenplay is good and dialogues are awesome.

Performances: Kartik Aryan Has Done A Good Job And Entertaining one …But Aparshakti Khurana is the surprise package ..He has done a fantastic job his actions and body language are totally hilarious .Ananya Pandey has done a very practical role and acted accordingly..Bhumi is ok..

Final Words : Its a good weekend watch .Total Family Entertainer.
