Storyline: The Story is centered around death of the young protagonist Aisha Chaudhary (Zaira Wasim), who is narrating her own story…Aisha was born to Parents Aditi( Priyanka Chopra) and Niren ( Farhan Akhtar) …Aisha is born with auto immune disease that leads to pulmonary fibrosis. Aditi And Niren take her to London for treatment .From thereon their journey of struggles begin from treatments , hospitalisation, collecting funds and more…Roller Coaster of emotions , love and life..Aisha is able to stay alive till the age of 18 years .

Script Analysis & Director Review : The Script is based on the real life story of Aisha …Director Shonali Bose who had given us films like Margirita with a straw , Amu and Chittagong has yet again given us an award winning script ..real life drama are challenging to showcase but Shonali Bose has done this brilliantly .Bose has given a powerfull script that takes you into life of Aditi and Niren and gets the audience totally engrossed in it .The Movie is Narrated by their daughter Aisha in a very humorous way. Shonali has put across the message to celebrate life and family bonding is most important..If death is ultimate then only thing that matters now to be truly happy.
The title derives when Aditi’s Son Ishaan (Rohit Saraf) Painted the colour of sky as pink , to which Aditi says that you can paint colour of sky as you like not necessary blue.The message being we have the freedom to colour our hues in whatever colour we like .

Performances:Priyanka Chopra has given a brilliant performance as mother of Aisha, Emotions , Fear Love And Care all these traits are depicted by her brilliantly.Her Body Language is in sync with her emotions..
At point she gets nervous breakdown and she is admitted to mental hospital she has performed brilliantly.

Farhan Akhtar as Father Niren is brilliant ..He has given a fabulous performance .

Zaira Wasim is fantastic she has done a good job as actor and narrator is too good ..

Rohit Saraf as brother is too good.
Final Words : This film will leave you teary eyed at one time and smile the next due to humorous narrative by Aisha…This movie will make you appreciate what you have in life and hold on more to your near and dear ones
