Discovery Kids and Excel Entertainment launch the animated comic caper ‘Fukrey Boyzzz

Discovery Kids, the leading kids’ channel from Discovery India, which revolutionized the Indian animation industry with ‘Little Singham’ – an animation series inspired by India’s most successful Supercop brand ‘Singham’, has teamed-up with Excel Entertainmentto create this fun-filled laughter-riot based on super hit Bollywood franchise ‘Fukrey’ and ‘Fukrey Returns’.

Present at the launch of ‘Fukrey Boyzzz’ which was held in Mumbai on 25^thSeptember to introduce the new animation series, was the lead cast from Excel Entertainment’s movie Fukrey:Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, film directorMrigdeep Lamba and film writer Vipul Vig.  Excel entertainment’s co-founder,Ritesh Sidhwani, Megha Tata, Managing Director – South Asia, Discovery andUttam Pal Singh, Head – Discovery Kids were also present on the occasion.

Fukrey Boyzzz is based on the characters from the popular comedy film franchise Fukrey and Fukrey Returns

·Set in school, the animated series is a throwback to the misadventures and desi-jugaad of Fukrey Boyzzz

·        The laugh riot with quirky animated Hunny, Choocha, Laali and Bholi Punjaban will premiere on Discovery Kids every day starting October 12^th, 2019 at 1.30PM and 7.30PM
