Review of Movie Manmarziyaan

Overview :The Movie as the name suggests do what pleases the heart. The story adapts that principle only.

 

StoryLine : The story is set in Amritsar where Rumi (Tapsee Pannu) stays with her grandfather and uncle aunty. Her parents have expired. Rumi is a quiet arrogant and manipulative girl. She plays hockey and drives a bullet. She is in love with a so good for nothing  dj who is awaiting for a break Vicky. (Vicky Kaushal).

 

Vicky and Rumi’s love is very hot and Vicky thinks that no one will love her  more than him. Rumi gives him a day to bring his parents but Vicky is not ready to take responsibility and also not ready for marriage . Then Enters Robbie (Abhishek Bachchan) who comes from London to get married . His mother approaches marriage bureau run by kakkaji. There Robbie likes Rumi’s photo and he decides to get married to her. He proposes to Rumi . What happens next is a whole roller coaster .

 

Script Analysis And Director Review :The Script by  Kamika though is nothing different a triangular love story. But there is a twist in the script. Which makes it interesting.

 

Director Anuraag Kashyap has for the first tim jumped into this forte. Most of his movies are dark but this time he has put his hand in love story that also so much love that will knock you down

The Music by Amit Trivedi is totally Punjabi Dhol Nagada Type.

 

Performances :Tapsee Pannu has done a fantastic job .She has played the atom bomb type of character totally dayan as Abhishek tells her in the movie .which is quite cool.Vicky Kaushal has played the character of Dj totally rocking

Abhishek Bachchan is so so sweet in the movie.

His style is very nice

 

Final Words :Moral of the story is love cannot be binded. Do whatever your heart says

Watch it for fun and frolic totally in sync with the festival season.
