Review of Movie Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi

Overview :Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi is the sequel to Happy Bhag Jayegi which was released in 2016

 

StoryLine : The story begins with Happy No 1 (Diana Penty)  alongwith Guddu (Ali Fazal ) lands at Shanghai Airport .They both have come for a performance at a show. On the other hand Happy no 2 (Sonakshi Sinha) too has landed at Shanghai Airport. She is here to teach horticulture at a Chinese University but way under she is in China without informing her father about it She is here for a readon. At the airport some Chinese kidnapers come to kidnap happy no 1 but due to similar name instead they kidnap happy no 2 that is Sonakshi Sinha. The Kidnapers had some agenda for kidnapping happy no 1. The same Kidnapers also kidnap Dhaman Singh Bagga (Jimmy Shergil) from Punjab and Pakistani Officer Usman Afridi (Piyush Mishra ) from Pakistan. They both are also brought to China. All these characters are placed in China and there after begins the whole comedy of errors. There are lots of twist and turns in the movie and new character Khuswant Singh Gill (Jassi Gill) enters and he helps Happy No 2 in revealing many unknown aspects to the story.

 

Script Analysis And Director Review: The script is good especially the dailogues by Mudassar Aziz are Mind blowing .Like Icing on the cake.The Indo Pak and Undi Chinese Dailogues are hilarious and full of humour brilliantly written and very well placed. The one liners and dailogues between Jimmy Shergil and Piyush Mishra arefullbof punch and humour and will glue you to your seats. The cinematography is excellent , China is captured buestifully by the cameraman.Its a very well directed movie.

 

Performances : Jimmy Shergil is the Soul of the movie.He is a perfect blend of swag , charm and amuse.He is too good and complements very well with Piyush Mishra who has done a very well job presenting the situation of India and Pakistan on a lighter note in a very humorous way .

Sonakshi Sinha brings freshness in the story. She has very well played her character .Jassi Gill surprises big time .He is both hilarious and a charmer .He shares few hilarious moments that leaves their mark.

 

Diana Penty and Ali Fazal are set back .The focus is more on Sonakshi with Diana Cmg in picture mostly in climax.

 

Final Words: Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi is a good family entertainer.
